	How to re-book for spring term 2012

Key Features

• Maximum of 24 swimmers in the pool at any one time
• Courses Saturday and Sunday (plus Wednesday from Spring 2010)
• Changing rooms re open 15 min before the start of a class
• Swimmers cannot join the class if they arrive more than 15 min late

Existing Swimmers

• Swimmers are assessed throughout the course.
• Parents will be informed of progress and rebooking forms issued after assessments.
• Current swimmers have 2 weeks to rebook and pay for next terms course before places are opened to the waiting list

New Swimmers

• Children under 4 attending Ducks with an adult, and Beginners will be allocated places on a first come basis
• Swimmers will be assessed before the end of term and offered places in the lesson program suitable to their ability.
• Having being offered a place you will have 7 days to confirm and pay for the place otherwise the place may be allocated to others on the waiting list.

Young Children

• Children under 4 attending Ducks must be accompanied in the water by an adult
• Children under 8: an accompanying adult must remain in the building.
